Overview
This is only for customers who have purchased the product directly from the ACT! eStore and have opened the box or downloaded the file. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We will credit your original method of payment. It will take approximately four to six weeks to process your return. For credit card orders, please allow one to two billing statements for your credit to appear.
In accordance with the licensing agreement that you accepted when you opened the product; you must delete all program files pertaining to this product from your computer.
Process
All returns require an RMA authorization number. You can get this by contacting our Customer Service department on 877-386-8083 (US and Canada), Monday through Friday, 9 am to 8 pm Eastern Standard Time. Note: Returns submitted without an RMA number will not be refunded.
